**This recipe is from a Fix-It and Forget-It book. I love it because you end up with a sauce as well as a great tasting roast. You can also mix it all up and cook it like a typical roast in the oven. We like the texture a little better out of the oven, but if you have a hectic day and need a great dinner without the hassle, the crock pot is great too! It truly is "Sweet" and "Savory". I tested this recipe on my large extended family, and we all loved it.
